Observing the recent evolution of the LKR-INR exchange rate, we can observe very important fluctuations. It is noteworthy to observe that in spite of these heavy fluctuations, the current LKR-INR rate is in fact near to its average level of the last 2 weeks. Sending 1,500 Sri Lankan rupees at the latest interbank exchange rate gets you INR 331, while it would have given you as much as INR 334 last Wednesday but only INR 323 on August 2.
