Horrible to send money. Always there are delays in recieving the money to beneficiaries account. One of my transfers was done a week ago, Money has still not reached beneficiary. Call Customer service they say allow 24-48 hours for the query! Never use this service!

I sent money on Monday morning 16th October but it still is in pending state 4 days later with no updates. The transaction ID is RA0001308270 I have sent 3 smaller payments and they all went through without any issues but this larger payment which is the one that is more important is still saying pending. The bank will close in a couple of hours for the weekend please find out what's happening.

Mt remitter Id is LR0101891492, full name: Faizan Bin Irfan I am using service to make payment to pakistan, I don't know whether company 3-D processing payment is not protected by lycaremit or what not, so I try to transfer £214.99 it did go through, as unsuccessful transaction but the money has moved out of my account and that payment is in HOLD by lycaremit. SO in the case I don't have my money because bank never got a proper notification that lycaremit has rejected the payment for me to receive in my account. I used so many other bank card to transfer the money through lycaremit. Please sort out my issue ASAP or send that money to beneficiary in Pakistan. Thanks

I tried to sent money to Bangladesh through this sh... service. Transaction was failed after a week! Then I contacted to Lycaremit customer care and they did not tell me why it was failed ! Then I asked to refund my money and they said it won't be possible to refund directly to your bank instead it will be in your lycaremit wallet after that you can request to transfer to your bank. ok I requested them to transfer to my bank but they don't reply me! Some days later I contacted them again and they were very confusing and rude to me! its nearly 3 weeks I haven't received my refund. I assume they take customers money and invest somewhere before sending to remitters. I am really terrified by their service. Please do not use their system to send money , I know you may think they give you a better rate but to save a couple of pounds do not take a big risk! if there was an option I would give them minus star! what a horrible company and terrible customer service!

Complaint_LR0101755856 I had submitted request to credit the amount in my wallet to my account. Just to let you know I have already called number of times and everything they give me new date where I will have my money back in my account. I was told I will be getting last Monday but then I called again I told before Friday. Today is Thursday and haven’t received anything amount in my account. I have a doubt now whether I will getting my money back or not because in spite of so many calls you guys are not ready to refund my money back it is £4400. Sorry to say but this is now more than enough and will go legally now to get my money back because you can’t hold my money for so long and I need my money back urgently. If i don't hear and get my money back by tomorrow will not hesitate to go legally now

Lycaremit ID : RC0000385140 Unfortunately I could not give 0 star This is the first complaint in my lifetime on a review site after being in UK for the last 30 years. I am losing the will to trust my own people. I am a Sri Lankan and this company is owned by a Sri Lankan (Allirajah_Subaskaran). Usually people say do not trust your own people and I used to disagree with them. Basically I am waiting for a refund of £2200 from this company since October 6th 2017. I was told that I will get this money within 3 working days and today is the 5th working day and no money is in my account. Talking to someone inside this company mentioned to me that they take money from us and keep it in the account and make interest on it. E.g in a country like India 100 people * £2000 = £200000 – imagine the interest on this per day . Why can’t these company directors follow the process of Developed countries and refund within the promised time. No wonder our countries are still developing. Also please do not write back and say I have not called to initiate the withdrawal because I have withdrawn the money from Lycaremit wallet around 19.19 on 06/10/2017 and called 305 around 19.35 sameday from Lyca mobile and spoke to guy called Shankar to initiate the refund. He mentioned that it will take about 3 working days from that day. I sent an email and all i get is a standard reply. I waiting for the refund and if no refund is received by end of today then I will have to contact these two authorities mentioned below. BBC Watchdog Action Fraud on 0300123 2040. Financial Authority - Ombudsman for adjudication.

I initiated refund request on 6th of October but i havent recieved my money till now, my transaction ID is RA0001183551. I sent lycaremit customer support multiple emails each time got response that money has been transfered from their side. But I havent recieved any money. Can you please share transaction reference number (which shows amount had been transfered from lycaremit side) instead of just saying its been transfered? Help me resolve this issue on urgent basis.

Looks like company is playing a fraud game by keeping the money for nearly 10days with them and not responding to the emails about transaction status. I have initiated a transaction on 4th of October 2017 and did not receive the money so emailed them after 3 days then they came back asking me to complete my verification and after that they said it would be deposited within 24hrs and I'm still awaiting for the money to receive and the response for my emails. Please do not trust these guys and get struck.

i am sorry to have to write again but you seem to get a quicker response then ringing and wasting 40 minuets on the phone after ringing every day last week to get my money refunded i got an email saying my account had been debited by 1700 and the transaction no.mg0000009628 that was 4 days ago and its still not showing in my account why so long as other places i have dealt with like Azimo a money transaction only takes 3-4 hours so can you explain as i need my money back now thanks ;;;;;;you just replied to me saying you could not find any reference to what i say rubbish as been ringing you constantly for over 11 days my first transaction no. is rcoooo378545 if you dont sort this soon i will seek legal advice

Inconsistent transaction flow and nil customer service response. When you proceed to pay using debit card option, the next page would usually be asking for type of debit card viz., visa, master card, maestro etc. However, more often than not, the above question about type of card is skipped and a page asking for card details appears directly. Each time this happens, teh transaction gets cancelled. Not sure if this is a bug. Edit: There is no transaction reference generated for the failed transactions.

Dear Lycaremit, Unfortunately I am having to resort to posting on here again in order to get a response from the Lycaremit Team. I have emailed but have had not response. My original transaction failed (for some unknown reason) so I have asked for a refund via the Lyca Wallet back to my bank account. This refund was requested on the 23rd of September 2017 and the status is still saying "Withdrawal Under Process". Can you please provide me an actual date of when this money will be refunded into my bank account, it's been 15+ days and still no refund, surely it does not take that long in this day and age, with all the technology we have at our disposal! Please do not copy and paste a standard reply/response, please please assist me in getting the refund back asap.

I have made the transaction on 3 Oct. But the beneficiary is yet to receive the money. Transaction Id is RA0001250149. Can someone from your team please tell me if the transaction has failed or in progress? When I called customer care on 5th Oct, I was told that the transaction is declined. However I did not receive any email on this. It is surprisingly not found on my Lycaremit account under transactions list. This is a serious concern. How do I track the transaction? I will be skeptical to use Lycaremit in future unless I see any improvement.

i sent 1700 on the 27-9-17 and it was declined so i rang lycaremit before my money went out of the bank and thai assured me the money would not be taken so i sent another 1700 with some one else then on the 28-9-17 i found thai had taken the money out and then said it had been refunded to my wallet but thai locked me out of my account been ringing them every day just to be told to give them 24 hours and thai would unlock the account 8 days later i am still waiting as thai are making no attempt or effort to let me get to my money which i need

I have done my transaction on 29/09/2017 and today its 05/10/2017 (5th working day) and yet no sign of money in the beneficiary account and really annoying customer service, first picking up after 20-30 minutes and solution offered is "have escalated to the internal team" and even after that no action. Its second time and every time have to chase for fund transfer. Need real improvement or people will switch elsewhere. Whats the point using them if money is not available when needed.

I tried to transfer £2200 yesterday and one more £2200 today (3rd Oct 17). I uploaded the ID proof and today again uploaded other ID proof (driving Licence)and bank statement as address proof. I haven' got any further emails or info regarding my transfer except the emails saying that my transfer is under PENDING. it's been 24 hours and my money hasn't transferred. I received emails twice saying pending. I spoke to customer service today (3rd Oct 17) in the morning after 20 minutes they lifted the phone and the guy told that I need to upload ID proof a different document my passport is not OK and address proof docs. Fine, I did. The CC guy told me that he is going to inform the processing department to process quickly as soon as I sent to the email ID he gave to me. I called again at 1pm today (3rd Oct 17) and the guy told me that I need to upload ID and Address proof. After few minutes of discussion he went and checked came back after 10 minutes later and told me that I need to upload documents (ID and address proof). This guy says I need to upload docs as pdf files. The website won't accept the pdf files it only takes image files. This guy don't even know this info. I also sent as an email attachments to kyc at lycaremit.co.uk . After doing all this the guy is not even knowing what documents I uploaded and sent to them. It looks as if they even didn't checked the documents what customers sent (May be they may open mails ONCE in EVERY 2 BUSINESS DAYS only it seems) Finally, he accepted and said that the docs verification will take 2 business days (Ridiculous, unacceptable, too much). After docs verification the money transfer to beneficiary process will take another 24 hours. Altogether it may take 4 days and above to reach the money to beneficiary which is too much and unacceptable. They didn't mentioned anywhere in their website how long it takes to get money transferred to beneficiary. If they mention, no body use their service for sure. This is utter non-sense making customers frustrated. These type of people should be banned from the market so that people like me never get trapped into their clutches.

My money has not been received by the beneficiary while the money is in Lyca Remit's account since a week. I am a GOLD customer with a limit of £5,000 but still allowed to send only £2,200 at one time. The Customer Service replies to emails after days and no one answers the phone call even after waiting for 30mins ! I gave a second chance but service the same - No improvement made!

It has worked pretty great for me till last thursday, 28th september. I tried to make transfer of £2200 but it didnt work out as it showed transfer unsuccessful. I tried various times but it still the same, then i called up the bank and after a bit they told me to try again and then again the same result. Hence, my visit to the bank, to which i found out the money is in pending transaction. By saturday i found out the bank transfered money to Lycaremit and when i called one of the CS, he told me they never recieved the payment.But in my bank statement it clearly states that the money has been debited to Lycaremit. After talking to the CS he told me to send the bank statement as a proof and i have mailed the bank statement. Just waiting for a positive response now.

Very very bad customer service , horrible company , they did not process my transaction claiming i have no provided correct ID , even though i provided them with the passport i had but they kept saying not proper ID , requested a refund and its been a week and still no update ... do not use this website. I provided you the document i have been issued with , which i used to open bank accounts for job and everything and you still not accepted it.
