What are the best options for your transfer from Luxembourg to India?

If the person you're sending money to wants to receive in a bank account in India, then the cheapest option is currently InstaReM, with 1.2 EUR for the transfer fees and a very competitive EUR-INR exchange rate (currently at 1 EUR = 79.7985 INR).
