Tried to make things simple; I'm freelancer. I'm french, my company in UK, and I live in Asia. I see Payoneer was "the solution" for freelancer being paid. Plus they have this partnership with airbnb. So let's do it. Made the account last week of 2017. Easy. My first billing came, and I asked my customer to pay on Global Service Payment of Payoneer. On 12 january 18, they send me email, that my payment is pending, need to send documents. They asked Id card or Company papers. I send company papers and wait. On 14 january, received another email , my payment still pending, asking Id or A bill prooving my adress. No problem I sended both. On 16 january, finally received an email my payment was received on my account. So naturally decide to check my account, Hourra... and.... and...surprise... YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED, PLEASE CONTACT US. Ok well, they must have a tchat, then I click to the link, and the tchat asking login/password. But guess what, "your account is blocked". Well no tchat... Let's send a contact form.. Sended, and receiving an automatic answer, the advice said try to make new password. I tried but "YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED". Ok sure they will reply. Waiting 17 jan, nothing, waiting 18 january nothing. And look again their email, ok sorry, my bad, it's written on the automatic answer, "if it's not answering your question, please reply to this email". Ok let's do this. On 19 january, the big surprise arrived in my inbox: "In a recent review of your account, we noticed that some of your activity has gone against our Terms and Conditions. As a regulated financial services business, we are required to stop offering our services in these circumstances." So yes, after this long checking of my document, they finally accept to take the money of my customer (which is my hardworking money in fact) without any problem, and they simply close my account few minutes after (or maybe directly who knows ??), so I can't access it... They even not talking about sending back the money to origin, etc, NOT A WORD, JUST IT'S CLOSED. It's 23 jan and still not any news. Run away 1 000 000 X from them, shame on WIRECARD to accept being their european account.

My traders are depositing money in payoneer since 15 Dec 2015 and now my over one billion US Dollars in payoneer as per m,y record. Payoneer has never given a receipt for the cash they receive. They do now allow me to complete my sign in/logging in. They do not tell me my payoneer accounts balance. They got option from me that my money will be sent through local bank transfer but they do not do this. Inspite of my two years efforts they have not issue me prepaid master card and good standing official statement of my two accounts. This is the behaviour of Payoneer with theoir customers. I request CEO Payoneer to order release of my money now.

Excellent service! Last year in November my payoneer card got hacked. An amount of 2800 dollars approximately was stolen by some people in Mexico. Today after about 3 months later, all of my money was refunded by Payoneer. Very responsible and fast. Thank you very much and I wish you great success !

ich hatte die gleichen probleme wie viele hier bereits geschildert haben. leider habe ich diese seite zu spät gesehen sonst hätte ich mich nicht auf diese firma eingelassen. ich versuche jetzt seit mehreren wochen und insgesamt über 20 emails an mein restguthaben zu kommen. ich bin ja inzwischen damit einverstanden dass es mich über 10% an gebühren kosten wird aber so langsam habe ich den eindruck dass es alles nur hinhaltungstaktiken sind und ich nie an mein geld komme...

Then they asked for a picture payoneer written ,it also did not work . Now they are giving ultimatum that within 5 days my ID will be closed if I do not provide PASSPORT/DRIVING LICENSE . This company sucks blood like vampire!! Be aware, You have been warned.

SCAM! Please avoid using Payoneer. First off, their customer service is an absolute joke. They rip off people's money unfairly. I was their most loyal customer for two years, suddenly they asked me to send some legal documents for review and without any reason or what so ever. My account was suspended. Not only that, I had some amount in my account which they didn't return. When I asked, they said it will be taken care of in 3 business days. It has been a month and I am still waiting. I contacted them several times and received the same 3 business days response.

Terrible, things were going ok until they blocked my card due to some fraud which I never saw. While the card is replaced all payments coming into the account are declined and sent back - what a nightmare to get all of this sorted. It is now nearly 2 months later and I still cannot sort it out. Trying to get through is impossible. Avoid if you care about your money

Vorsicht Abzocke! Beim Versuch eine Überweisung auf das Bankkonto zu tätigen wird nach Sicherheitsfragen gefragt, die sogar bei korrekter Eingabe nicht gewertet werden. Anschließend wird der Account geblockt, was sowohl Überweisungen (withdraw) verhindert, als auch jeglichen Support-Kontakt (da dies nur eingeloggten Nutzern vorbehalten bleibt). Via E-Mail erhält man dann eine Nachricht, dass man den Personalausweis und ein Foto von sich selbst mit aktuellem Datum und Perso in der Hand an den Support schicken soll. Tut man dies, antwortet tagelang niemand! Totale abzocke! Die blocken euren Account und arbeiten dann mit eurem Geld! Kontaktiert man sie auf Facebook, versuchen sie einen erst abzuwimmeln und wenn das nicht mehr funktioniert, schreibt einfach niemand mehr zurück! Sowas sollte verklagt werden!

I set up an account on MisterBnB which uses Payoneer as a source for getting paid. I have had a payment in process for over 17 days with no payment. I used their 'contact us' live chat... waited for an hour to be connected with an agent. Then they said they couldn't assist and that they would forward my concern to another department and I would hear from someone within 2 days. Poor system performance and poor customer service

Due to the loss of my card Payoneer has blocked my account entirely. It takes me now more than 6 months to correspond with them. They impose that I must receive the card before I can access my money. I am so tired of this and I really need help. They requested (a) my ID; (b) my lease contract (when I was living with my friend); (c) now my utility bill (which reflects only codified address). They don't want to unlock my account whatever I say or do, they even referred me back to AirBnB to collect the money from there (which were paid more than a year ago by a tenant). I really need help.

They do NOT answer customer service tickets unless you harass them to get a reply and it comes after weeks and several follow up emails. Their solution is NOT working, months after I opened a business account They ask you tons of documents and for nothing because your account just doesn't get approved They just DO NOT REPLY when you try to contact them !!! And you want to trust this company to manage your money or your customer payment ?.... Just run away as far as you can from this company !!!

Pésima experiencia. Supone ser un medio de pago automático e imediato, pero no lo es. Les toma de 2-5 días de oficina para general los pagos. El servicio al cliente le toma 4 días de oficina para responder alguna consulta o reclamo, y las respuestas son realmente básicas e inservibles. Esperaba una compensación que tramitaba con AirHelp, en donde deban la opción de cobrar el dinero con pyonner, el peor error!! Active una cuenta para recibir el pago, pero nunca se vio reflejado. Reclame por esto y la repuesta a fue que no se veía reflejado porque había creado la cuenta el 31/10. Que tiene que ver eso?? Finalmente nunca se hicieron responsable y culparon a AirHelp por el no pago. Sinceramente es una pirqueria y las personas que trabajan en servicio al cliente son incompetentes.

They only said that they found some activities which are against payoneer terms and conditions. I asked thousands time what are the activities that i have done. Thay said they can't disclose. Such a bad service.

The thing is that I’m completely lost and seems that nobody could help me plus the forums are useles, since there are people with the same problem looking for an answer. They are complete scam artists and crooks. Avoid this service, really. *UPDATE! They finally contacted me. I received an email where it says “Your account is under review and your funds are blocked”. Good, so basically they notice me now after months, no good Payoneer... but the funny thing is that reviewing my account I could see how I’ve been charged with Payoneer’s fees that makes not sense at all.... this is why I call a SCAM.
