I spoke with Newark prior to placing an order I needed ASAP. The gentleman I spoke with told me the manufacturer had stock and they could ship next day. When my order was still being processed three days later, I tried to cancel. The person I spoke with on Friday said he would need to call the factory before he could cancel the order and I should call back if no one from Newark contacted me. I received an email on Monday stating my order shipped and could not be canceled. However, my order did not ship until Monday.

I sent an order which was to be direct shipped to my customer but billed to me. This company, who happened to have the email of my customer on file, sent them my invoice with my pricing. They destroyed any future business with this customer for this type of product and have undermined any trust that I and my company may have had for them.

Will charge you for expedited delivery, but if you didn't call in- then you will wait over a week for your part. POOR customer service- asked for help 2 per day for a week. Sent my stuff UPS ground after i paid for next day air.

Don't buy from this company!! I placed an order with this company. They promptly sent an acknowledgement with an estimated delivery. When I had not received what I had ordered, I sent them an email and inquired when I would get my order. The email reply came back from customer service that they would not be shipping the order because they don't supply that item. They never communicated this to me until I emailed them. I called Newark.com customer service today to discuss their email reply and was told by customer service that they were no longer valid item numbers in their system and didn't seem to care that they had taken my order had no plans to ship it and never have officially cancelled it! This is a very strange situation. Don't order from this company.

I made a an order with these guys for something that said in stock. I then received a confirmation email stating that I would not receive my product for at least 2 months!!! Are you serious?! I then called and spoke to customer service and told them that was too long. Before I could even ask to cancel my order the customer service rep replied " You want to cancel your order?" As if he knew that I was about to say it. I said yes. He then told me that he'd cancelled my order and that I should receive confirmation for the cancelled item. NO CONFIRMATION. I called today and the customer service rep says "We don't cancel orders." What do you mean you don't cancel orders? Why did your other rep say that he'd cancelled my order? The item won't get shipped out for another Month and a half!!! He didn't care, he didn't try and look at it from my point of view. He didn't try and look into it all. This leads me to believe that they are purposely doing this so that when I send it back they can charge me a bunch of bogus fees for restocking and shipping. Meaning the other guy lied about cancelling my order. No sir! Not happening. Bottom line is, find another company with better and honest customer service and faster shipping. The new company I'm dealing with has already shipped out my stuff.

I tried very hard to give Newark a fair shot at my prototyping & design parts orders. The first went reasonably well, but the second was executed with all the rapidity of a sloth and the customer care of a garden snake. When placing the order from the web, I made sure that the parts and quantities I ordered were indicated as "in stock" - I pulled the trigger and waited ... and waited ... and waited. Finally, after 6 days I went to Mouser - had what I needed, shipped that afternoon and in my hands the next day. I emailed Newark's customer support and asked politely - since I'd not seen any movement on my order now for 7 days, could they just cancel it. The email sat in their inbox most of the day Friday - over the weekend - then most of the day on Monday before receiving a very curt and unapologetic response to the effect that it was too late to cancel the order because now it was "in process". A couple hours later I got an email indicating my order had shipped. In the end, I'm not going to make a big fuss with them, I'm just gonna tell others and won't consider Newark as a parts source unless I simply can't find it from ANY other supplier.

I used to consider Newark as one of my 'go to' suppliers but not anymore. Mainly due to lousy customer service. It (the customer service) was always mediocre at best but now i try to actively avoid doing business with the company due to delayed customer service or none at all.

I recently ordered 100 pcs. of this part 76P8858 -TMMS-105-01-F-Q-FS on 8/25/2016 that showed Newark had 200 pcs. in stock for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. After 2 days I emailed you and got a response that the parts were back ordered and would ship on 9/7/2016. This is not the 1st time this has happened. It would be great if your website actually had some updates when you go to ORDER STATUS. It would also be great if you actually had the parts that were ordered on hand or show that they were back ordered as 99% of the vendors I buy from do. Our Engineering team counts on being informed on these things and this lack of communication puts our projects in jeopardy of major delays. Thank you for your cooperation, Regards,
