My beautiful Paul Smith trainers have lost all the outer lining and have cracked and peeled Paul Smith customer services weren't very interested as I could not produce a receipt for returning to store .If the company saw my wardrobe of Paul Smith Merchandise they would see a very good and satisfied customer sorry Paul Smith not any more !!! Your customer services and after sales is awful and you should take a look at yourselves. Thanks and I hope people will think twice When purchasing there trainers pound for pound Primark Trainers are better.

Je commande une chemise sur le site et je reçois une confirmation. Je choisis le "Click and collect" pour me faire livrer dans une boutique parisienne dans le Marais.. Peu de temps après je me rends sur ma page sur le site Paul Smith, la commande n'apparaît pas. Je contacte le service client qui me dit que "normalement ma commande devrait être envoyée rapidement". Deux jours après je reçois un mail me disant que ma commande était disponible en magasin. Je me rends au magasin, on me dit qu'elle est introuvable et qu'il faudrait que je repasse plus tard. Le site DPD m'indique pourtant que la commande a été livrée la veille...Je contacte à nouveau le service client qui semble désemparé. La boutique me rappelle pour me dire qu'ils ne savaient pas ou était le colis, ils avaient pourtant appelé le transporteur...Même son de cloche de la part du service client. Finalement, ma carte de crédit ayant été créditée, on me propose de faire venir ma chemise d'une autre boutique parisienne. J'achète souvent sur les sites haut de gamme, je n'ai jamais vu une telle confusion. C'est indigne d'une marque comme Paul Smith. Aucun geste commercial ne m'a été proposé.

I purchased a pair of shorts that cost £92.00 reduced from £130.00, when washing for the first time I followed the instructions and handwashed at a cool temperature. Within one minute the bowl was full of various colours. I removed the shorts and dried them hoping they would dry ok but they didn't so I used a colour run which did not work, although more dye came out of the garment. I contacted Paul Smith last June and after various emails and 8 months later they have concluded that I must have washed the shorts with another garment even though I know this not to be true and have maintained this all along. They claim to have washed them which was at my request and no further dye came out. I would not waste my time returning a garment if it was my fault but I know this is not the case. Will NEVER buy from Paul Smith again. To take 8 months to resolve!!! an issue is a disgrace.

I value and really look after my belongings, which is why I was so annoyed at Paul Smith for selling me some cheaply made eye glasses which lasted the grand total of 13 months. Shoddy quality for a premium price.. Be warned!
