stuck without a working card for over two months and unable to take my money out without transferring it to someone elses account first all because they are incapable of sending the pin and the card to the correct address. i would expect more from a bank with some of the highest service fees out there

This bank has got to be the most unresponsive, careless, and notorious banks that I’ve ever had to deal with. The service is unfathomably weak and unhelpful in any manner possible. Here is my experience: I applied my documents the first time to the bank in hamburg from Dubai, in an attempt to open a student blocked account for minors. 2 days later, they sent me a reply “Unvollstandiges Unterlagen zur Sperrkonto” the reason being, the last page of the application form wasn’t signed. I acknowledged the mistake, printed another form, signed the last page and sent it again to the address they specified in the rejection Email. (They told me I don’t need to attest my documents from the consulate again, and should just send the signed and completed application form, which I did.) I sent it to them via Fedex, and again 2 days later, the exact same reply. I did it a third time in which all signature permutations where used. Mine, My parent’s, ours together, since the sheet didn’t specify who exactly is supposed to sign that sheet. After my third time, guess what? The EXACT same reply yet again. The same exact sheet, they claim, was not signed. I called the customer service, but they said that they “ have no access to blocked accounts and therefore can’t help you with your query”. They said the only way to get in contact with the department responsible for student blocked accounts it by using the contact form, to which I was guided. I did that and waited 2 days to hear an imbecilic reply saying “We don’t have access to student blocked accounts and therefore can’t help you”. THE DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBLE FOR STUDENT BLOCKED ACCOUNTS DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO STUDENT BLOCKED ACCOUNTS. A truly mind-boggling experience with their handicapped service. I doubt its even more than an automated reply thrown at applicants to repel them even further from this horrendous excuse of a bank. Don’t interact with this bank in any way unless you’re forced to. Es ist das einzige schlechte Erfahrung, die ich mit einer Bank in meinem Leben hatte. Furchtbar

I hate this bank, I really do. Transactions take up to 5 days! If I want to transfer money or to get a transfer, I should do it a week in advanced! Because of it I was late with my payment for study and I had to pay a 18 euro fee. Non-reliable, terribly slow.
