The SOS-EUR interbank rate is today quite close to its maximal level of the past fourteen days. Its maximal value we saw during the last 14 days was SOS 1 = EUR 0.0017 (it is now only 0.02% less than that), attained today at 7:59 PM. The actual high level of the SOS-EUR differs considerably from the much lower value (SOS 1 = EUR 0.0016) observed on June 26, when exchanging 4,000 SOS for instance only gave you 6.47 EUR (the exact same transfer gives you 6.66 EUR at the moment).
