The current JPY-SCR exchange rate is at the moment near its highest value of the past 2-week period. Its highest value we saw during this period was JPY 1 = SCR 0.1131 (it is now only 0.21% less than that), reached today at 3:29 PM. The high value of the JPY-SCR exchange rate differs significantly from the much lower value (JPY 1 = SCR 0.0975) recorded on May 6, when a transfer of 4,000 JPY for example only gave you 390.03 SCR (the exact same transfer converts to 451.48 SCR at the moment, which is a difference of 61.45 SCR).
